COVID-19 Updates

We are excited to announce that we have reopen to the public!

We are submitting to our governing authorities and will be making some necessary precautions to help ensure the safety and health of all those who come. These guidelines will be followed when we reopen for in-person gatherings on September 13th. Please take some time to read through the following guidelines as you decide what is best for you and your family. We understand that not everyone will be comfortable with meeting in-person at this time and that is okay.

  • In-person & ONLINE sunday gatherings

According to the Oregon Health Authority's (OHA) guidelines released on 7/24/20, counties in Phase 1, are limited to indoor faith gatherings of 50 people. Our Leadership Team is working hard to determine the date we will reopen and we will keep you informed. While we remain hopeful to have these in-person gatherings beginning soon, we also understand that with the uncertainties of this virus, these guidelines can change at any point. We always recommend you check our website for updates each week as guidelines may change.

We also recognize that some may not feel comfortable attending in-person yet, and that is completely okay! We will continue live-streaming our Sunday Gatherings on YouTube at 10am for those unable to attend.

  • masks

In compliance with OHA Guidelines, masks are required at all times for anyone age 5 and older. If you do not have a mask or forgot yours, masks are available in the Lounge area.

  • arrival & seating

We are asking everyone to refrain from entering the building until 10 minutes prior to the Gathering. This allows us all to maintain safe social distancing by keeping groups from congregating in the Lounge.

You will notice that the front doors have been labeled Entrance and Exits. Please use the appropriate doors and allow for 6 ft. distance between non-family members.

You will also notice a new seating layout in the Auditorium to allow for social distancing. Only family members should sit together. Parents, please keep your children with you throughout the duration of the Gathering.

  • restrooms

To ensure social distancing, we are asking that only one person (unless in the same family unit) be in the restroom at a time. Disinfectant wipes have also been placed in the restrooms. We ask that you wipe down any touched surfaces prior to exiting the restroom.

  • kids community

For the safety of our children and volunteers, Kids Community is closed until further notice. Parents, please keep your children with you at all times to help them maintain social distancing protocols.

*The downstairs area and the playground are closed at this time.

  • coffee bar

The Coffee Bar is closed until further notice. You are encouraged to bring your own coffee, but please keep your mask on when you're not taking a sip.

  • Greeting time

While we know everyone is eager for a handshake and a hug, we have to ask that you refrain from doing so for the foreseeable future. We recognize this a hard ask, but want to take every precaution we can to ensure everyone's health and safety during this time.

  • communion

We will be using pre-packaged communion packets to help prevent the passing of germs. You can pick these up as you enter the Lounge. Gluten-free options are available upon request.

  • tithes & offerings

We appreciate your continued faithful support. Please place your tithes and offerings in the black box on the back wall of the Auditorium or give on our website.

  • Departure

We are asking everyone to leave the building without congregating inside the building. If you choose to catch up outside on the side walks, feel free, but please maintain social distancing and refrain from allowing your children to play on the playground.
