Our elders

We believe in a plurality of elders. The elders share equal authority and decision making at Red Sea. This means that we do not have a "lead pastor", only elders that serve the church. We use a team teaching approach to our Sunday Gathering which means the elders rotate who is speaking each Sunday.  The responsibilities of oversight in the church are divided based on gifting.
